Focus application on the outer corners of the eyes where the liner is most visible and has the most impact.”
“I always use long-wear eyeliner, especially if you have hooded or monolid eyes, which tend to transfer liner more easily,” Dedivanovic adds. “The style of the wing varies according to the shape of the eye, but the result should always be the same – defined, elongated and lifted eyes.”
