Aaron Rodgers had a message for Chicago Bears fans.
They’re not going to like it.
After the Green Bay Packers quarterback scrambled for a six-yard rushing touchdown to push the Packers’ lead to 24-14 (which held as the final score) on Sunday, Rodgers celebrated with teammates and broke out his signature “belt” celebration.
Rodgers then bellowed toward the Solider Field crowd.
“I still own you!” Fox broadcast microphones picked up Rodgers saying. “I still own you.”
The three-time NFL MVP has a point. He’s now 21-5 against the Bears over his career (most wins against any opponent) with a 57-10 touchdown-interception ratio. Rodgers completed 17 of 23 passes for 195 yards and accounted for all three Packers touchdowns.
The Packers have now won eight of their last nine games against the Bears dating back to 2016. Rodgers’ first win against Chicago came on Nov. 16, 2008.
He’s been a thorn in Bears’ fans sides since.
