The condition of our hands and nails says a lot about us – but they are subjected to special stresses day after day. Intensive care and regular manicures are therefore particularly important: they can advise you on what to pay attention to.

An extra dose of night care is quite simple: rub a thick layer of cream (Smooth Nourishing Hand Creme, for example) and put on a pair of light cotton gloves. Simply leave them on all night and wake up with gently moisturized hands.
How To Get Soft Hands: Effective Tips & Strategies
Beautiful nails complement the care of your hands. Therefore, treat yourself to a manicure of your nails, cuticles and toenails regularly. You can read more below.
When you apply the cream to your hands, always include your nails in your routine. While you rub your hands (or feet) with the cream, you can simply massage it lightly into the edges of your nails and take care of them in this way.
There are also special cuticle sticks infused with nail oil. Simply and quickly apply the moisturizing cream to the edges of the nails with a stick and gently rub it in. You can also massage the nail oil in the evening before going to bed. This provides extra moisture, strengthens the nails and keeps them healthy and smooth.
Another advantage: the cuticle does not form much of a protein barrier, so you save time on manicures and pedicures.
How To Beautify Your Hands
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Since the skin on the hands cannot regenerate due to the lack of fatty tissue, they need a lot of moisture.
Very dry hands itch, have tight skin and even crack. Powerful hand creams with skin-repairing dexpanthenol and calendula oil promise a quick fix. They immediately soothe stressed skin and protect it and support the regeneration process.
Our advice: choose a hand cream with Hydra IQ, such as Smooth Nourishing Hand Cream by, which continuously moisturizes the skin.
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Since the skin on the hands cannot regenerate itself due to the lack of subcutaneous tissue, they need a lot of moisture.
Tips For Beautiful Hands And Nails
Very dry hands that are rough and cracked need a lot more care and attention. Try the Repair & Care hand balm. Its Hydra IQ formula provides plenty of moisture, while dexatenol relieves the feeling of tightness.
Peeling is not only particularly effective, but you can also easily do it at home: simply mix three tablespoons of olive oil with two tablespoons of sugar.
Apply the paste liberally to your hands and then massage it in without applying too much pressure. Olive oil and cream make the skin soft and smooth, while sugar removes dead skin particles and ensures good blood circulation.

I think hands are very sexy. And I believe that any hand can be beautiful – you don’t have to have a perfect nail or long fingers… You just have to take care of what you have. And it’s not extra at all. (I love bare nails!) Proper cuticle care and nail design can be as basic as maintenance routines. I recently damaged my nails with a manicure in questionable places. I noticed when the shape of my nail started to change. Then the nail plate separated and they no longer looked good without polish. Getting back to normal takes time (and lots of manicures at home). But in the process, I found some really great ones — and gentle ones! — products that make my hands beautiful again.
Ways To Stop Biting Your Nails Once And For All
Nail polish remover is an important start. I love this UN – it has almost no scent and is very greasy and moisturizing. I don’t want to put anything on my nails after using it, which is a great result for a nail polish remover.
Cuticle care! This is the most important part and will cover several paragraphs. I am addicted to the cuticle pusher. I use it daily. dr. Haushka is an upgrade: an oil pusher! I love carrying it around, it’s so good. An old school pusher with oil gives a better result than either alone. Sally Hansen Balm comes in handy. I only occasionally reach for it.
In addition to the cuticle pen, I am addicted to droppers and use my face/body oils for my nails. If you’re buying it for another part of your body, you might as well use it on your hands, right? Currently, F.Miller Face Oil is my favorite; I try to apply it every day and massage it in well. I keep a bottle next to my desk so I never forget it.
The queen of my nail care kit is this Dior nail cream. I didn’t like it at first…it’s thick and sticky, but oh, how moisturizing. I feel wonderful when I use it. Very chic! I keep it at home because I can’t touch anything for even a minute after applying it. It is

A good friend of mine gave me the 7:15 roller from Uka a long time ago, and since then it has become my little talisman. I feel like I’m using it to detangle instead of moisturize them. I love the smell and it’s a very nice little item. The desire to use is almost as good as the need to use.
Byredo and Frederic Malle hand creams are the most beautiful and smelling hand things I own. I like having them where I can see them. Frankly, I am very simple with hand creams. I can use almost anything – I don’t mind putting body or face cream on my hands. The SPF kicks in when I plan to spend a day in the sun, but I’m open to reviewing it and including it more often. Don’t forget to exfoliate your skin from time to time (I also use my facial scrubs for this) so that the creams are better absorbed. Interesting fact: the more water I drink, the less creams and oils I use.

Did you know that your hands are one of the first things to age? Those lines and wrinkles you dread appearing on your face? No… they’ll get your hands first! And we still use and abuse them – washing them all the time, which strips the skin and nails of their natural oils, and then suddenly we realize we have “old lady hands” and it’s too late!
Now, we’re not telling you for a second not to wash your hands (the horror!). However, we tell you that you should take good care of your hands and nails.
1. Moisturize! Invest in a good quality hand cream and apply it twice a day to really ensure your skin is re-hydrated – to keep it firm and supple and to keep wrinkles at bay.

2. Apply a cuticle oil, preferably one that contains jojoba oil as the main ingredient, as it has properties that closely match the oil in our skin (called sebum).
3. Gently push the cuticle to release the edge of the nail plate. Don’t press too hard as you can damage the nail bed – just gentle enough to lift them slightly – this will help your nails grow faster and prevent ingrown or dry areas of the cuticle (and don’t forget the cuticle oil!).
4. When filing your nails – use long and controlled strokes and file in ONE DIRECTION only! Sawing will split the layers of your nail. This can also send shock waves through your nail to the nail matrix, which can cause ripples and ridges in your nail as it grows.
5. Do you have a beautiful manicure with gel polish? DO NOT DECIDE! Peel off the top layer of the nail, so the bottom nails are dry and split. Get them professionally removed or learn how to do it right at home.
